I was busy being mortified by pics below, I totally forgot to read about the highlights of this most "credible" awards show:

Shah Rukh won Best Actor (Chak De! India)
Shah Rukh won Lifestyle Icon Award (for all the humanitarian work he does?? what does this award mean??). Never mind, the award broke in half when he went on stage to receive it.
Rekha presented him with this award and decided she wasn't weird enough so she started singing the nursery rhyme Jack and Jill. No wonder Aamir Khan bans these shows.

Preity Zinta was elbowed in her eye while attending the Indian Premier League's Mohali team launch(she's a co-owner). Someone from the audience flung something at her. Her bodyguard tried to block it and whacked her in the eye. I am sure that area is sensitive given all the plastic surgery.

Shahid and Kareena HATE Each Other

Shahid and Kareena are both bitter and can't stand to be in the same room together. They have to finish doing some voice over work for 'Milenge Milenge' (they started filming this movie 2 years ago). They refused to work together on this project, after much pleading by the director they agreed to use different studios as long as they didn't have to see one another.

I really wonder what happened with these two--wait, do I really??
